Reducing anxiety #

Anxiety is mostly triggered by external events but there are several key factors that are entirely under my control

  • sleep
  • exercise
  • diet
  • alcohol
  • caffeine

Other factors which are not entirely under my control:

  • time alone
  • meaningful interactions with others
  • progress in creative and/or technical projects

Measurable markers of anxiety:

  • biting my fingernails
  • digestive system
  • focus
